advised they were resetting minimums to $0 for March and April 2020. I noticed this wasnt done for March and was told they were inundated with request rest assured account is properly notated they are just behind and would get fixed well never did went on my credit for March I paid it off in April completely on 28 days past due even though it was said to have been zero due and they still added a 30 day for April. Even despite the oversights what really made me a pissed customer is when Im sending them call logs proof of payment and they are still like what is it that you expect us to do and I have to reinvent the wheel to introduce common sense and somewhat decent service User's recommendation: Service wise pretty good, if covid gets worse don’t expect them to work with you.
