Won’t answer the phone

Ive been trying to reschedule a flight for over a week and have spent 6 hours on Skype calls. Twice I talked to an agent only to have the call dropped. No other way to contact other than waiting on the phone and hoping it does t get dropped. This is a joke and I dont wish it upon anyone. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
