Question re: purchase

I Ordered a free bracelet and paid $2.00 for shipping. My bank account shows that there is also a $25.00 charge for something. I didn't order anything but the free bracelet. Please explain. Whatever cost $25.00 please cancel that and refund my $25 immediately. User's recommendation: Be careful with this company. I was charged $25.00 for something I didn't order.
