Poor Customer Service and Product Support

Update by user May 04, 2021 It is more obvious than ever that this company does not care about customer service or customer care. Avoid their products at all cost! Original review posted by user Apr 04, 2021 Purchased Video Photo Frame and it was defective after many many messages with Philips, since the phone number is always busy, the finally agreed to replace the unit. Unfortunately the replacement frame was also defective. I contacted Philips again but only got messages that my issue was forwarded to someone that could help. I never heard from anyone and the issue still exists. This is poor customer service and product support. I write tech articles for the American Bar Association Newsletter and I will advise our many readers about my negative experience with you company. I had hoped Philips cared more about their customer experience. Have a good day. User's recommendation: Do not buy Philips products.
