I ask for a return label four times never receive one, so I sent the shoes back my self at a cost to me of 10.90 I call and finally got to talk to customer service, and he said he understood about me asking for return label and never got one, so he would wave the shipping cost of 7.00 but when you refunded my money you took out 7.00 which is not right but if that's the way your company is I won't be a customer anymore.
