I wanted to upgrade from version 15 to the latest version, but they only allow "upgrade pricing" from one version earlier. Pathetic. They lost me as a customer for good. Looks like ebay is now the best option to get a working new version at a reasonable price. It makes me puke seeing companies like this and their pathetic greed. Hope they go belly us. User's recommendation: Buy a competitor's product and don't support these greedy other ends of the mouth.
