I bought a rainbow dress about $40.00 on April 26 and never arrived. Monica keeps promising that they will resend the dress but never did. I requested for a refund and stopped responding to my emails. And got to find out this company is a FRAUD. I then reached out to PAYPAL and filed a dispute and thank God it was resolved and I got my money back. User's recommendation: PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUD.
