Hi , I visited your shop in Warminster Wiltshire after going around your lovely shop we came to pay for are items I also had a item to return as there was something missing off the product and wanted to exchange it for another one, after the member of staff had put are other items threw the till he explained that he would have to call a supervisor to do the exchange I said that's fine we waited for awhile then a gentleman came he was quite rude to me and he was very rude to the member of staff on the till. I said to my partner that man was rude and my partner said yes he was, when I said to the lad who was serving us that the gentleman shouldn't have spoken to him like that especially not in front of customers when I asked who he was the lad said he was the manager and he said he is always rude. I thought you should know this, I like your shop very much and we shop there quite alot, hope you can sort this out. Kind regards Mrs A Willcox
