Items ordered were ladies sweatshirt and joggers. Sent to me was mens shorts and TShirt. Twice tried to return at a Hermes sop QR code not accepted after emailing numerous times and getting the same wrong returns label I requested a pre paid label be sent. Nothing came after 10 days . I requested it again and eventually got one. Took the parcel back 3 weeks ago still no refund. Asked again said they would chase it . No refund. User's recommendation: Do not order off this site. Poor quality control items sent not checked and struggle to get your money back.
