Where do I start?
9/6/2020 I purchased a $100.00 e-gift card for my daughter as a surprise (Just Because) gift card online Maurice's web site. We are still waiting for the e-gift card, my account has now been debited. I'm going to dispute the transaction with my bank, but what's really bothering me is: I received an email telling me it has been sent???? Calling customer services is a waste of time, Numerous calls with no results, now when I call (Honest to God) I start to explain my issue, 3X I've been hung up on. I have many, many daily emails saying the card has been sent. When I told her to expect the $100.00 she went on line excited to also receive 30% on for the holiday and not be able to purchase anything. Extremely disappointing, we both love the store and online shopping
