Inability to receive a refund

After placing a prepaid rental reservation the pickup location had no cars to provide within 3 hours of my scheduled pickup. I immediately rented a car with another company and have been unable to receive a refund after 2 calls totaling over 2 hours and 10 minutes wait time, an online chat as well as an email to their billing department. I am now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. User's recommendation: Do not utilize this company, any minor savings will be lost to their awful service.
