You team has no answers about the issue to be resolved as well as the complete understanding that it was bought by dealership. I had to actually go to dealer and have them figure out the issue. Tech dept here has no reason to employed as a part of nissan usa. Not one person had an answer or a fix to figure out the problem. Your team needs to be tested on information in audio systems and if dont know dont lie about it. I am a prior service disabled Marine, i dont have the abilitys8 User's recommendation: If the rep doesnt know. Just hang up. Dont get mad it doesnt help.
