BGRS was responsible for my business relocation. I qualified for relocation assistance by my new employer, part of which includes reimbursement on closing costs. I submitted the closing costs incurred and BGRS reimbursed them. Approximately 4-5 months later, BGRS said they overpaid the costs! Not only that but that they require IMMEDIATE repayment of the additional cost. Talking sense in to them and saying that this is quite a significant amount of money and I can't repay immediately as requested never worked. They threatened to transfer my account to collection. While they were supposed to help me with my relocation, they made it harder. I hope my employer stop using them for relocation, not recommended!
