Just got my bill and it is high. This after going almost 4 days with very little electricity. I live in a condo and the temperature was 44 degrees. It was miserable. I called customer service - got a young woman who was very difficult to understand on the phone. After listening to her parrot like responses I gave up. I went into this service to save money. At first it was great but not anymore. My neighbors are not paying as much for their electricity as I am. I will not be renewing User's recommendation: No I do not recommend Ambit to anyone else.
