I help out a gentleman who is autistic and does not understand heaters etc He pays over $300 a year for there gold service package. Long story short everytime they come out theres always something not covered and just so happens to cover the tech showing up and fixing the problem that should be free. He also pays for there 17pt tune up which should only make the unit run better well no. Theres again extra things that should be covered. User's recommendation: No they always find a way to charge.
