What a ridiculous way to find out "How are we doing?", the URL doesn't work or it throws you into some selection of ways to take a survey. Even adding my pin I wasn't able to respond being on the "incorrect" site. Brother, if Giant really does want to know our opinions, they would make the process more accessible.
