I no longer buy produce thats on sale at Giant because its old fruits and veggies they want to get rid of. Yesterday I purchased on sale at Giant limes, blueberries and partially husked corn wrapped in plastic. I cooked the corn same day of purchase and it had a very bad aftertaste of rot. Had 5 ears and threw them all out. Opened blueberries next morning and they were all soft and mushy. Cut open limes later that day and all had brown centers and the flesh was hard with no juice. No more on sale Giant produce. User's recommendation: Do not buy produce on “Sale” as it is old produce and most likely will be tossed.
