Disappointed with Deli Department
I chose to use the kiosk to place a deli order because of the long lines at the counter. I specifically asked for my Boars Head Deluxe Ham to be sliced extra thin. Upon arriving home, I opened the bag- the lunch meat had been sliced in slabs- thick, pieces- nothing like I requested. This is NOT the only time it has happened. If I don't stand in a 45 minute line to verbally tell employees how I would like my meat to be sliced- they ignore directions on the kiosk. This occurs ALL of the time. Also- not all of the meats are offered on the kiosk even if they are in stock. User's recommendation: Don't use the kiosk.
