I HATE how they expect consumer to pay whatever amount they come up with. I HATE when they try to blame the consumer for their HIGH rates. I just told the rep who suggested to lower my usage of electricity if I should unplug my fridge or maybe my furnace. I just learned that the Eversource electric rates are the THIRD HIGHEST IN THE COUNTRY!!! This stealing has to STOP!!! User's recommendation: Use Sun power.
