They are incredible liars, all of them, they string you on and never do what they say they are going to do. It has now been 6-7 weeks and they keep telling me we will close the next day. They are frauds in every way, the loan officers have no training and do not even understand the basics of financing. They must be minimum wage workers. They made be pre-pay $600 for an appraisal which happened within 2 weeks. There is no customer service at all and if you work with Brandon the sales person he will tell you lies when and if you call him for information. Stay away from this horrible company. User's recommendation: DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
