I bought all of my appliances from Kitchenaid this year and very disappointed with their service. My refrigerator stopped working within the first year and this is my fourth week waiting for the parts. Every time you call their customers service and the answer is same, we are waiting on the status of your part. My fridge is not working during the peak of summer time and still waiting for this part. I will never buy anything from this brand anymore. User's recommendation: Every brand is same. Don’t look for this brand specifically.
