Poor customer service at Phoenix airport site

Came in about 30 minutes ahead of schedule to thrifty at Phoenix airport. The line for reservations pick ups was 4 hours long Wrapped around the terminal 2 r egg preventatives were working on a Sunday at 11:30 am 4/11/21. This is unacceptable I had to pay for a Lyft to take me to my hotel Then get a ride back Upon returning The line is still 1 1/2 hours long This would never happen in NY nor would the customer service reps be nasty I will never use thrifty ever again! Think they need a consumer complaint! High unsatisfied Still on the line!
