I was shocked to see that my rental cost increased from $123 to $172 over a one-month period. This is a 40% increase which is ridiculous. To make matters worse, I was not notified of this increase until your company took that new amount out of my bank account. I cannot imagine that this is a lawful thing to do. I would like to speak to someone about this. It is unfortunate that you find it appropriate to take advantage of your customers. User's recommendation: Beware of the bait and switch!
