I checked out on August 15th and my account was deducted today for a payment

I moved out of my storage on August 15, 2020. I took the lock off, and my storage area was cleaned out. I reported to the office and notified the 2 employees inside the office. They got my information and it was done. Today I learned $126 was deducted from my bank account for this month. This was a costly mistake because my rent is due today and this came close to causing my account to being overdrawn. I called the office and advised her of the mistake. I was informed this could take 24/48 hrs to investigate. I need my money asap. We are in a time when our money because that is needed til my next pay date. I was treated cordial when I got the storage, but this morning because of a complaint was a much different attitude which was not pleasant.
