I'm very disappointed in the facility. Im a 22yr retired military veteran that been using a couple storages throughout America and never had to take a lost on my property. My vehicle was vandalized and the manager cameras in the location but made up every excuse not to help me. Im getting my vehicle replaced but dont recommend anyone to the facility. The leadership is disrespectful from the DM. If starts with the leadership they have no compassion hardworking people. Dont want to see any ones hard earn money on what could have been my only vehicle that was vandalized. This could have crippled a normal civilian. They been harassing me for weeks with my partner doing work and making his living sometimes in the storage he pays for. We are paying customers that makes a living off the storage we use and do really good. We dont harm anyone or anything is the facility. We trusted this place but they want to harass us because they cant see what we are doing is positive and making 10 to 15k a week off our business to help others in need. They see us in the facility making money because this should not have happened and no justice is being done. We received no assistance to catch these vigilantes that did this crime. The people who did this will keep doing this to a huge facility like this with cameras everywhere: I truly believe they new the place really will to do this in a lighted facility with cameras pointing in the direction of the incident. Im putting in for a investigation on this criminal act. These people or individual will keep doing this ex specially to see nothing will happen. A storage is to protect and service the highest in and outside the facility. Just like if you was at your home what happens in front or your home you would be accountable for just like in your home. I have now bought three places with over acres all together of land to keep my own property and helping others to as well. DO NOT COUNT ON THE FACILITY TO HELP YOU. WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PROPERTY. 4405 south forthood st User's recommendation: Don’t leave anything outside their storage.
