My brand new hero book plus
i have emailed you already about my new herobook plus laptop. its not working. it will not start. the battery is charged all the way up and still get nothing. i spent alot of money on your product and it worked fine for the first 2 weeks. its broke and i want it fixed orf i want my money back. please please please help me. i dont make alot of money and it took me almost a year saving up to buy a new laptop. i cant afford to buy another one and i need this one fixed. please. i have already sent you a copy of my sales receipt and i have the warrenty card for it, what else do you need. please im begging you to fix my new laptop please. sincerely ralph w. fuller
