Hi , I purchased a pair of prada sunglasses - model number is SPR 2OU 54 22 2AU-4P0 140 3N - last spring in Italy. I have tried to reach our to the store and to Prada directly but have had no luck reaching anybody probably due to Covid and not normal times. The glasses have broken on the nose bridge and have been unwearable for several months. I was hoping that you would be able to repair or replace these glasses for me as they cost me a lot of money. Please advise what I can or should do expedite this process
