Advertising my product before finished neither customer nor artist wants

Artist made oracle cards for me - there are 33 in total - she has started with the first ones and Fiverr has put them up on her customer review profile which neither of us wants - they CANNOT be up there until all if the cards are complete. If this cannot be removed I have to CANCEL my account and WILL NOT be able to use Fiverr again. Kateoneill1 is customer (me) lavenderdivine is artist.
