Pissed off… rip off organization

I cancelled my policy on April 19th 2021 and then on May 12th I see they took money out of my account, yet, they are refusing to give me my money back, I am going to not only report them to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm also going to get an attorney involved because this company is a rip-off when you need service they don't do what they say. I have my phone records. Don't waste your money people...... User's recommendation: NO I WILL NOT....
