Denied payment as i am/was full covered

on or about 04/21 I unfortunately attempted/had to use my policy for the first since joining for about the past year.Even thou the Customer Reps. was polite,It came out to be that the Coverage I initally signed up for and was paying via direct deposits monthly reoccurring was not the coverage which in turn made my claim DENIED!! After being bounced back and forth with the company Serv. reps stating I was covered and the company claims dept. stating I was not and DENING PAYMENT Which in turn cost me $1000 for repairs and paying carshield previous monthly payments of $100 for the Past Year KNOWING I WAS FULLY COVERED WHICH Turned out UNTRUE "YOU DO THE MATH" LESSON LEARNED !!! so what I learned is even thou parts are covered in my FULL COVERAGE it ONLY COVERS CERTAIN PARTS INSIDE THE COVERED PARTS!!!!A half day spent on the phone between CARSHIELD and a DIFFERENT INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH HANDLES /PROVIDES PAYOUT CLAIMS WHICH YOU HAVE TO CALL!!! TOTALLY WAISTED AND ANNOYING!!! The bottom line and Final RESULTS with EVERYONE STATNG THEY ARE SORRY AND THEIR SORROW THEY CAN STICK IT UP THEIR #&;;;;;;;!,They WEREN"T SORRY TO TAKE MY MONEY!!!!! User's recommendation: Read the FINE PRINT CAREFULLY With A FULL UNDERSTANDING.
