Daily User irritated by the last 2 changes to the DNBi website

Out of the blue we log in for the second time this year to see that DNB has done more "upgrades" that seem like service downgrades because the site is no longer user friendly. It's like a guessing game to get your job done now because we can't navigate the system. The layout of logging in and finding the reports is so different and hard to use. DNB continues to make this site harder and harder to use. I hate this new set up and the one prior to this one as well. I hate that my company uses DNB so heavily when it appears they are not concerned with ease of use for their consumers. Expensive and hard to use is not a good look Dunn & Bradstreet!
