I sent my watch to be repaired and had to call for almost 2 months - after I paid them - to speak to anyone. I was not "allowed" to speak to the manager by the customer service reps (who were horrible) I finally received my watch with the old rusted parts still in the watch and with a cheesy fake leather band when I paid for a real leather band in addition the clasp on the band was broken. User's recommendation: This is the last place you want to send your watch for repairs!!
