I worked as a manager in one of their call centers. The company didn't care at all about finding a reasonable comprise with the customers who were calling in to complain about their orders. Only thing it worried about was making sure the reps were trying to push insurance of their item or trying to sell a magazine subscription. They made me a manager after two weeks. Two. Training took less than three hours for the new hires, and it's still head and shoulders above the training for the managers. Do not order from these people. I guarantee you, you will regret it. User's recommendation: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
