I was having trouble with my Canon printer using THEIR ink, but the printer told me the ink was counterfeit -- BOYCOTT canon. I accused Amazon of selling me counterfeit ink and tried to get help from Canon and without realizing it was sent to just answer who stiffed me for $46.00. Canon gives just answer the business and gets you to buy more ink even if what you're using is authentic. CCustomer User's recommendation: don't pay attention when your printer tells you it's counterfeit ink -- my brother's printer said the same thing. BE Careful just answer will charge you even if you don't work with them.
