Problems with my JCP Lifetouch order

After several calls to JCP and Shutterfly I was still unable to get the help I need. The photographer at JCP messed up the wording on several of my pictures and left many others blank, when I got the email from Shutterfly with my photo package I was in shock that the photographer left the pictures empty. I called and spoke with her and she said that she could not help me and that I should save my photos to my computer, download software and fix the images myself. I used a Groupon I purchased and spent almost $194.65 more to have pictures that stink. Why would I have to fix the images myself when I paid a lot of money for these pictures and had expected them to be done right the first time. Please help me. User's recommendation: Beware of JCP portrait studio in Joliet.
