My order was due yesterday, Dec 18th. I have tried for 3 days to reach customer service with no success on finding when my order will be shipped. I have talked to numerous people and the response I keep getting is that there is no problem with the order, and they cannot tell me what the hold up is and when it will be shipped. FYI your customer service dept has not responded to my emails and holding time is over 1 1/2 hrs. In my opinion your customer service is the worst I have run across, and I have been ordering online for years. User's recommendation: Do not recommend.
