I was trying to do transfer on my mini machine,is saying I can't be able to do transfer .and I contacted the customer care and they said is because I don't do transaction regularly and they said .for them to open it .I must do 11 withdrawal..which will be #11,000 or more ...and I did that and they said it will be opened in the next 24hours.is up to 2days now ND it has not been opened...
