JetBlue will not accommodate or even listen!!
I purchased 5 roundtrip non stop tickets on JetBlue to Fort Myers as an upcoming Christmas present for my family. I chose JetBlue because it was non stop and we are traveling with. 9 month old and 2 1/2 year old. There have been numerous schedule changes now involving a 4 hour lay over in Boston. When I called to inquire and complain, I was told I have 2 options, cancel and lose all my money, or change to a better connection for an additional 150.00 per person! I told them I did not get what I purchased and Im traveling with small children. Rep would not connect me to a supervisor! I asked 5 times! User's recommendation: Do not book with JetBlue!!
