This airlines is that worse, all the Guyanese people complaining about it. my father is 80 yr old travel over 100 miles to get on JetBlue flight just to found out is cancel . They didn't inform anyone .and they put 14 people on AA that night ,but my dad was not one of them. He lost money he had to pay to redo COVID-19 test and pay for transportation for 2 unnecessary trips .they offer no reimbursement.
