AS I pulled into my driveway this subject stopped and came up my driveway and advised me that he was here with and offer to upgrade my ADT service. This sales person stated that he had permission to assist ADT to upgrade their service to 5G which they needed help to because they had over 3million service with old outdated service consoles. He stated that ADT was now with Brinks so they were actually the same company now. Never once did he even say that I was signing a contract that was permanent and that to disconnect I would have to pay a 58-month cancellation fee. User's recommendation: If your current security company does not contact you to set up a visitation do not talk with another company. accept know door to door sales person.
