Update by user Feb 05, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Original review posted by user Feb 04, 2021 The FAQ says "you can request direct reloads from your bank account to continue to fund your PayPower prepaid balance." So I transferred $500 to my People'sTrust/Paypower Checking account using the direct deposit form that is pritable as soon as you register your card. Customer service says they have no record of the transfer and that the direct deposit can only be used for depositing paychecks. They have no idea what will happen to my money. WTF User's recommendation: Don't walk, run!
