Took my money but never sent product

I placed an order on 12/31/2018 for which the payment was taken out of my bank on 1/2/2019. Today is 2/22/2019 and I have not yet received my order. I've made several inquiries with no response. I tried both phone numbers 1-87*-773-0071 and 1-81*-487-0839 and both lines do not work. Either provide me my order or send me a refund
