I am unable to redeem my points without customer support approval because it is over 5000 ($50 USD). I have contacted Survey Junkie 2x through their Help feature on the app, 1x through help feature on the website, and 1 phone call. But still have not been contacted by anyone. I want my money. Sheesh. User's recommendation: Cash out before you hit 5000 points.
