Can’t redeem points
Tried to request postcard for address verification in order to redeem $25. It has been well over 10 days and no postcard was received. When attempting to contact support, I was told that I would receive a call by the end of the business day. Instead, I received an email telling me to request a postcard. I could send an image of mail with my name on it, among the other many ways to verify that I live at my address.
