Trying to find out about the connecting bracket for the c jacks. Operator basically told me to go to another website to search for parts. I needed to talk to someone who could explain what it even looked like. She got short with me and kept telling me to go to the trekwood website. No help whatsoever on her part. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time calling keystone manufacturing, you won't find out anything about your unit.
