Can any one tell me why I cannot get map updates for my 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE. Vehicle was purchased in California in August 2018. Living in TEXAS now and maps are terribly out dated. Dealer tells me to got to website. Website now tells me I have latest maps after previously telling me to wait for system soft ware update from Chrysler. Several days later update was installed. Informed website. Still nothing. Please advise. Al Lamb User's recommendation: Will post when issue is resolved.
