I have been calling since the beginning of the month waiting for them to see the approval that was sent 3 times ( I called the DMV again today) and they resend it and also check to make sure the others were received. I called again over and over and continued to be put on hold after I kept asking not to be. 4 times this happened, some lady Lisa laughter at me because I wanted to talk to a supervisor, then was told they are really busy but it says 2-5 business days.. it has been a month!!! And now my garage tells me they stopped doing business with them. So what now??? User's recommendation: Do drink and drive but do not deal with this place either or u will be stranded anytime there is a malfunction or apparently if your not paying your bill.
