I walked into the smoothie King 1940 14th St NW DC and witnessed the girl behind the counter yelling at customers. She was literally yelling that she didnt know why we were all in there, that she was the only one working and that we should be ordering on the app. There were only 2 other people in there besides me. Three separate people in total. So as she was yelling at the two men I decided to head for the restroom. Then she starts yelling at me and as the door behind me she starts pounding on the restroom door. It was humiliating. I left and didnt order. I will never step foot in a smoothie king in dc again. User's recommendation: Don’t bother.
