I was promised same day delivery and then got called and said it couldn't happen. Asked if they could not perform if they could at lease give me some delivery credit or embellish the arrangement to make up for their mistake and they refused to do anything to make the customer happy. Never use this florist as their advertisements are false and misleading and they do not hold up to their end. User's recommendation: Never Use this Florist.
