WAfter I filed a complaint, the WaPo told me the carrier had been contacted and told of my concerns of paper tightly rolled with rubber band and late papers. One day, paper was in a sleeve, now back to rolled with rubber band. Unable to read the paper because it just keeps rolling up. Will cancel the subscription if not permanently resolved. User's recommendation: Who knows.
